• We know you can't wait to get your order. That is why our team will process it in a delay of 3-7 business days.
• Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Orders are shipped by Fedex and delivered anywhere in Canada.
• Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

Shipping charges:

• For purchases under 50$ before taxes: 5$
• For purchases between 51$ and 199$ before taxes: 8$
• We offer free shipping for purchases of 200$ or more.

Returns:

• You changed your mind? The colour is not right for your décor or the loved one doesn't like it?
• Within 15 days from date of delivery, you can contact us at support@brunelli.ca. We will send you by email a Fedex shipping label.
• Once your return is received and accepted, we will refund you.
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging.
• All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
