- Brunelli will assume the shipping charges in the case of a mistake or damaged good.
- Please note Brunelli reserves the right to refuse any returns if the goods have been used and/or wash.
- All refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 days from the time of reception of the return, according to the original method of payment.
- Also, please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.

- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. We are committed to ship your order from our warehouse in the next 24 to 48 hrs.
- In the event of a delay, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you.
- The delivery of your order is assured by ”Canpar”, trusted carrier throughout Canada, in the next 3 to 5 business days.
- For all orders which total before taxes is between 1$ and 50$, a 5$ shipping fee will be added to the invoice.
- For all orders which total is between 51$ and 200$, an additionnal $10 shipping fee will be charged to your invoice.
- Free shipping for orders over $200 before taxes.
